RKN installation progress at SEGRO Park, Tottenham
RKN teams progress installation to 8 units for Volkerfitzpatrick
In October we started installation works to industrial units at SEGRO Park, a 190,000ft2 industrial park located on White Hart Lane, Tottenham. Working for long-standing clients Volkerfitzpatrick, we are designing, manufacturing, and supplying Senior Architectural System’s SF52 curtain wall and 501 door sets. The project boasts over 60 frames across its 8 separate blocks, which will make for a striking aesthetic once complete.
With Units 5-8 well through glazing works, we hope to commence on Units 1-4 later in December once site is ready, with a return visit required for pressure plating & capping once cladding has been completed.
We recently completed another scheme for VFL, DC3a Maylands Avenue in Hemel Hempstead, which included over 40 curtain walls & door sets, complete with over 80 window inserts to the main building, in addition to an internal curtain wall plus fixed & sliding windows to the site’s gatehouse.
Our commercial sector work for Volkers continues with our current design work to DIRFT DC6 & DC7, again a large curtain wall & window project, which starts on site in Q2 2022. - We are returning to works on the Daventry site having delivered 2 other units for VFL there previously.
